A custom home from design to move in generally takes approximately two years. If you have your design and are ready to break ground, move in is not too far away. Generally it is the most cost effective to start the foundation in the spring. Thus, by the time winter sets in, we are under roof and can spend the winter months finishing the inside. However, you are not lock into this. We will build your dream around your time frame and within your budget.
