Owner Tom Fox
Tom and his wife Karen moved to Steamboat Springs in the '70's with their young family, for the quality of life. They started Fox Construction and Home Improvement and also operated Pegasus Balloon Company until the construction company grew to take all their time.
In addition to the many hours required to keep Fox Construction in the forefront of the local building industry, Tom serves on a number of local and statewide boards. He was recently re-appointed by Governor Owens to the Colorado State Plumbing Board. Tom finds time to assist with Habitat for Humanity and donates to many other local organizations and charities such as Strings in the Mountains and United Way.

Joe Bonny - Chief Estimator - With over 40 years of construction management experience, Joe's wealth of knowledge is invaluable. In addition to building many of the condominiums in the Steamboat base area, his projects have included many schools, public buildings, and large custom homes. |

Rick Gliniecki - Senior Estimator/Project Manager - Rick's experience in the commercial industry has given him a great vantage in estimating and scheduling of even the most complicated jobs. Rick works on both commercial and residential projects, but specializes in the commercial aspect of construction. |

Gary Loman - Senior Project Manager - Gary's background in the building materials industry has given him a great edge in purchasing and scheduling. |

Sarah Fox - Estimator/Project Manager - Graduating from Colorado State University, one of the leading schools for Construction Management, Sarah has the upper hand on the newest technology used in construction. Sarah's education and experience in the construction industry has given her a great advantage in estimating, scheduling, and sustainable building of all sorts and sizes. Working closely with her father, Tom, Sarah keeps the Fox operation flowing smoothly by coordinating client requests, human resources, and public relations. She enjoys working with homeowners to ensure great communications and seamless transitions at job completion. |

Aaron Cheuvront - Estimator/Project Manager -The combination of Aaron's education and experience in the construction industry has given him an advantage in estimating, jobsite supervision and scheduling of even the most interesting jobs. In obtaining a bachelors degree from University of Oregon, and working on multiple types of projects over the years, Aaron makes a nice contribution to Fox Construction. |

Dave Jazwick - Operations Manager - Jaz wears many hats and keeps equipment and personnel organized and scheduled for maximum efficiency. His local contacts and broad skills make him an indispensable "go-to" guy. |

Diana Hugley-Hay - Accounting Manager - The most organized and detailed person you will ever meet! She can make our MasterBuilder accounting software dance and puts out detailed reports and billing statements. |

Denise Brazier - Accounting Manager - Denise works hard to do the weekly payroll and collaborates with Diana to create detailed reports and billing statements. A very organized, efficient, and hardworking individual; she makes the most out of Master Builder, our accounting software. |
