			Steamboat Springs City Hall This major renovation was accomplished with many employees still working in the building. "Deputy Manager Wendy DuBord said the project is under budget and was completed about a month sooner than expected. They (Fox Construction) have just done a great job, DuBord said. 			Routt National Bank Building Historic 1920's landmark preservation and rehabilitation project. The exterior was returned to its original appearance on the front side and to a 1940's look on the east side.
